  I received a message to collect my repaired phone from Telstra office. As I work full-time and lunch time is a busy period for Telstra it took me 4 trips to Telstra to collect my phone due to horrendous waiting times.

  Note - the star rating on your staffs customer service would be much higher. I felt sorry for them as they dare not look around the shop or make eye contact with frustrated waiting clientele whilst they are servicing another customer.

  I ended up going for the 9 am opening, 15 mins waiting and in 3 mins tops cust service is all I required.

  I understand that queries are complex and time consuming for your staff, however asking a customer to wait these times for an item/parcel collection is unreasonable. Postage would have been a better option OR have a staff member just on collections at an allocated time/s and if they have further queries in relation to the items collected - they wait for more complex service.
